Rogency is operated by Rohan Ahmed in Dhaka, Bangladesh. These terms apply to this website and its inquiry, account, and client-portal features. You can contact us at hello@rohanahmed.net.

Use the website only if you can do so lawfully. If you act for a business, you are responsible for having authority to submit information and make commitments on its behalf. This website is intended for business users and is not directed to children.

You may browse our work, send genuine inquiries, and use account features made available to you. Provide accurate information and only submit material you have the right to share.

Do not attempt unauthorized access, impersonate another person, send spam or malicious code, disrupt the service, or use it for unlawful activity. Do not disclose confidential information that is unnecessary for your inquiry.

Keep access to your Google or GitHub sign-in account secure and tell us if you suspect unauthorized use of your Rogency account. We may restrict access where reasonably needed to address misuse, protect people or systems, or meet applicable obligations.

Website descriptions, example work, and indicative pricing help you evaluate our services. Sending an inquiry or project brief does not by itself create a services agreement or confirm a booking.

A separate written proposal or project agreement governs the agreed scope, deliverables, schedule, revisions, responsibilities, acceptance process, and fees. If that agreement differs from these website terms, it governs the project, subject to rights and obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes to scope or timing should be agreed in writing. Clients are responsible for the accuracy and permissions of supplied content, required access, and timely feedback as set out in their project agreement.

Payment amounts, currency, taxes or other charges, milestones, and due dates are specified in the applicable written agreement or invoice. New projects use a quote-first process; payment instructions may provide a Payoneer business payment link or bank-transfer details.

Cancellation, rescheduling, and any refund entitlement depend on the project agreement, the circumstances, and applicable law. These website terms do not impose a blanket no-refund rule or replace mandatory consumer or other statutory rights.

Questions about an invoice or payment should be sent to hello@rohanahmed.net. Do not send payment-card details, passwords, or security codes through an inquiry form or portal message.

Website copy, design, branding, images, and showcased work are subject to the rights of their respective owners. You may view the site and share links to it. Other copying, distribution, or reuse requires the relevant permission unless applicable law allows it.

Ownership and licensing of project deliverables, work in progress, pre-existing tools, and third-party materials are determined by the project agreement and any applicable licenses. Displaying a project here does not grant a license to its source files or assets.

Client materials remain subject to the client's rights and any permissions they grant. Permission to display client work or use a client's name or marks must be addressed separately; these website terms do not grant us that permission.

The site and our work may involve third-party platforms, sign-in providers, hosting, payment services, software, or external links. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. Material project dependencies and any related fees should be identified in the project agreement.

We do not control the content or availability of external websites. A link is provided for its stated purpose and does not give you rights to the linked provider's materials.

How information is handled on this website is explained in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Acknowledging our cookie notice is not acceptance of optional tracking or a substitute for a project agreement.

We aim to keep website information useful and accurate, but content can change and errors or interruptions can occur. Please confirm material project details with us in writing. Website examples do not guarantee a particular business, revenue, search-ranking, or performance result.

Specific service commitments and remedies are set out in the relevant project agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights, remedies, duties, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted. These terms do not set a contractual liability cap.

We may update these website terms as the service changes and will show the effective date on this page. A website update does not by itself amend an existing written project agreement.
